Legislative Assembly of British Columbia

The British Columbia Parliament Buildings are recognized by a one hundred and fifty-two meter long stone facade and a central octagonal copper dome. This structure serves as the meeting place for the Legislative Assembly of British Columbia, which consists of ninety-three elected members. The buildings sit on the south shore of the Inner Harbour, replacing an older collection of wooden colonial offices once known as the Birdcages.
