The Karepić Palace sits in the heart of Split, positioned directly beside the city's Old Town Hall near Narodni Trg, also known as Pjaca. The building retains a Renaissance facade that dates to fifteen sixty-four, a period when the structure was held by the Karepić family. This family originally arrived in Split from Trogir around thirteen hundred to participate in the growing merchant life of the city.
