Church of St. Roch

The Church of St. Roch sits along the eastern side of the Peristyle, the central courtyard of Diocletian’s Palace. A single-aisle stone structure with a Renaissance facade, it was built in fifteen sixteen by adapting a Romanesque house from the thirteenth century. Part of the ancient palace’s decorative colonnade remains integrated into the church’s southern wall.
