Le Bistrot de la ch'tite Brigitte occupies the space at one rue Saint-Étienne, a site known to many locals as the former home of the Barbue d'Anvers. Since opening in June twenty twenty-six, the establishment has repurposed the three hundred and fifty square meter building to accommodate one hundred and eighty diners. The interior features wooden surfaces, banquettes, and gathered vintage objects, moving away from the aesthetic of a traditional local estaminet to adopt the style of a classic French bistro.
