Square des Justes

The Square des Justes is defined by five panels of engraved cement, designed by the artist Boris Taslitzky, that depict the deportation of Louise Michel to New Caledonia. Created by the city in twenty thirteen at fifty-five rue Baudin, this quiet neighborhood space contains a playground for children and a plaque honoring local residents who helped Jewish families during the Second World War.
