Parc Stalingrad covers one point six hectares along avenue Jean Lolive in Pantin. This green space emerged from a private property once owned by the Delizy family, which the city acquired in nineteen thirteen to enlarge a square first laid out in the late eighteen eighties. It received its current name in nineteen forty-six to honor the Russian city that served as the site of a decisive World War Two battle.
