Art Ludique – The Museum opened on November sixteen, two thousand thirteen, as the world’s first institution dedicated entirely to the contemporary art of entertainment. It occupied a twelve-hundred-square-meter space inside Les Docks, Cité de la Mode et du Design, located along the Seine in the thirteenth arrondissement. Founders Jean-Jacques and Diane Launier designed the museum to bridge the gap between classic figurative art and modern creative industries.
