Established in nineteen ninety-five, this institution acts as the French representative office for Russia’s federal agency dedicated to international cultural and humanitarian cooperation. The center was created following a bilateral agreement signed between the governments of France and the Russian Federation to promote scientific and cultural exchange between the two nations.
