Jardins du Trocadéro

The Jardins du Trocadéro stretch across nearly ten hectares between the Seine and the Palais de Chaillot, distinguished by the Fontaine de Varsovie at their center. This central basin features twenty powerful water cannons that project jets toward the river, perfectly aligned with the Eiffel Tower on the opposite bank. Designed by architect Roger-Henri Expert for the nineteen thirty-seven Exposition Internationale, the gardens replaced an earlier park created for the eighteen seventy-eight World's Fair.
