The Musée national de la Marine occupies the western wing of the Palais de Chaillot, a massive art deco structure built for the nineteen thirty-seven World’s Fair. You can identify the site by its two sweeping wings that form a semicircle, positioned directly across the Seine from the Eiffel Tower.
