Monument to Maréchal Moncey

The Monument to Maréchal Moncey stands at the center of Place de Clichy, rising fourteen meters tall as a bronze and stone memorial. It features a six-meter-tall bronze sculpture group by artist Amédée Doublemard, set atop an eight-meter-high pedestal designed by architect Edmond Guillaume. The figures depict Marshal Bon-Adrien Jeannot de Moncey standing with the personified City of Paris, alongside a fallen student from the École Polytechnique.
