Cafés Bacquié occupies a distinct pink brick building at number five Place Victor Hugo. Established in eighteen ninety-six by Jules Bacquié, the shop sits directly across from the city's central market. It remains a family business now managed by the fourth generation of the founding family, brothers Patrick and Olivier.
