The Promenade des Anglais is a seven-kilometer boulevard that stretches along the edge of the Mediterranean, defined by its wide, paved path and rows of palm trees facing the pebble beaches of the Bay of Angels. This waterfront walkway serves as the primary coastal thoroughfare for Nice, connecting the airport in the west to the older quarters of the city in the east.
