The Palais Caïs de Pierlas stands at the eastern end of the Cours Saleya, recognizable by its golden-yellow façade that often catches a distinct glow against the sky. Built in sixteen ninety-three for the Ribotti family, the structure features stucco work above the second floor depicting the four liberal arts: grammar, drawing, architecture, and music. The Caïs de Pierlas family acquired the building in seventeen eighty-two.
