Chez Thérésa

food drink

Chez Thérésa is a narrow storefront on Rue Droite identified by the scent of roasting chickpea flour and the tradition of Niçoise street food. Since nineteen twenty-five, this address has been known for cooking socca, a thin, crispy pancake made from chickpea flour, olive oil, and water. The kitchen uses a wood-fired oven originally built in eighteen sixty-seven to prepare its daily batches.
