Neville House is distinguished by its Renaissance revival style, constructed from glowing Malad stone that harmonizes with the surrounding district. Built in nineteen twenty-one, it stands as one of the earliest structures in the Ballard Estate, a planned commercial area reclaimed from the sea by the Bombay Port Trust using debris from the construction of the Indira Docks.
