Okonomimura

Okonomimura is a multi-story building in the Shintenchi district that houses more than twenty-five independent restaurants, each centered around a small counter with an iron griddle. The entire structure functions as a vertical food village dedicated to Hiroshima-style okonomiyaki, a savory layered pancake of batter, cabbage, pork, and noodles.
