Hotel New York stands at the edge of the Wilhelminakade, a finger of land jutting into the Nieuwe Maas. You can identify the building by its two distinct towers and the spinning weathercock perched atop the roof. Built in nineteen oh one in the Jugendstil style, the structure served as the original headquarters for the Holland America Line.
