Cruise Terminal Rotterdam

The Cruise Terminal Rotterdam is identifiable by its distinctive, series of shell-shaped roofs that ripple along the Wilhelmina Pier. This building is the survivor of five warehouses constructed between nineteen forty-six and nineteen forty-nine to serve the Holland America Line. While its four sister buildings were demolished, this structure remained, eventually becoming a national monument in two thousand eleven.
