Oudehaven

The Oude Haven, or Old Harbour, is marked by the sight of historic ships moored against a backdrop of jarringly modern architecture. Established around thirteen fifty, this was the original commercial heart of Rotterdam, where the city first began as a port. For centuries, ships filled this basin, forming the nucleus of a growing maritime center.
