Formule B is a fountain hidden within the waters of the Westersingel. It consists of a perforated piping system submerged beneath the surface, which forces air through tiny holes to create rising bubbles. These bubbles form the eight words, "No Matter Try Again Fail Again Fail Better," which appear and vanish on the water's surface.
