Yuma Building

The Yuma Building at six thirty-one Fifth Avenue is a three-story brick structure defined by its narrow Victorian facade, decorative pilasters, and two large bay windows that face the street. It was built by Captain Alfred Henry Wilcox, who named the property after the town of Yuma, Arizona, where he had established business routes while navigating the Colorado River.
