The most prominent feature of Hilltop Park is a painted steel sundial that rises seventy feet above the ground. Designed by artist Jaques Overhoff, the sculpture stands as the centerpiece of this three and a half acre space, which was built in nineteen seventy-nine by the San Francisco Redevelopment Agency.
