BAYS Breast Cancer Memorial Garden

The BAYS Breast Cancer Memorial Garden sits at the junction of Arguello Boulevard and Conservatory Drive in Golden Gate Park. You can identify the space by its winding stone walkways, which are etched with reflections from members of Bay Area Young Survivors, the volunteer-led nonprofit that envisioned and funded the site. A curved metal frame wraps through the garden, bearing the names of more than one hundred members who died of metastatic breast cancer.
