Charles Dietle House

The Charles Dietle House at the corner of Page and Laguna Streets is recognizable by its heavy Victorian ornamentation, including carved fruits and flowers tucked into the exterior trim. This Stick-Eastlake residence was designed by German-born architect Henry Geilfuss and built in eighteen eighty-five for Charles Dietle, a custom boot maker who had emigrated from Germany.
