Presidio Pet Cemetery

The Presidio Pet Cemetery is a small, fenced plot tucked directly beneath the Presidio Parkway viaduct. It contains four hundred twenty-four handmade headstones marking the final resting place for animals that belonged to military families during the years the Presidio operated as an active Army base.
