Dakota

The Dakota occupies the street level of the Target Plaza headquarters on Nicollet Mall, marked by its position at the intersection of Tenth Street. Established by Lowell Pickett in nineteen eighty-five, the venue began as a restaurant in Saint Paul’s Bandana Square. It was initially designed as a dining room with a bar where local jazz artists could perform.
