The Portland Plaza is a twenty-five-story condominium tower, identifiable by its metallic siding and distinct triangular footprint. Completed in nineteen seventy-three, the building was designed by the firm Daniel, Mann, Johnson and Mendenhall. Because of its shape and reflective exterior, it is often nicknamed the Norelco Building for its resemblance to an electric shaver.
