Bingham Court is a collection of twenty-seven restrained modern townhouses in the Society Hill neighborhood of Philadelphia. Designed by architect I. M. Pei and completed in nineteen sixty-seven, the development is characterized by its use of Flemish-bond brick and large panels of plate glass. The houses are arranged around a car-free, tree-lined courtyard that serves as a quiet pedestrian space, connected by walkways to the surrounding streets.
