The Pennsylvania Macaroni Company, known to locals as Penn Mac, occupies a long-standing storefront at two thousand ten Penn Avenue. It began in nineteen oh two when brothers Augustino, Salvatore, and Michael Sunseri started a small pasta manufacturing business in Sharpsburg. A fire destroyed their original factory around nineteen ten, forcing a relocation to their current home in the Strip District, where the family pivoted to importing Italian goods.
