The Yablanski House stands out on Tsar Osvoboditel Boulevard for its elaborate Neo-Baroque facade, featuring a distinctive mansard floor, wrought-iron balcony railings, and several female sculptures. Built between nineteen oh six and nineteen oh seven, this residence was commissioned by Dimitar Yablanski, a financier and former mayor of Sofia. The architect, Friedrich Grünanger, was so pleased with his design that he later built an almost identical house for himself in Salzburg, where he lived for the remainder of his life.
