Brookfield Place

Brookfield Place is a massive city-block complex in downtown Toronto, recognized by the towering, skeletal white steel arches that form the roof of the Allen Lambert Galleria. Designed by Spanish architect Santiago Calatrava and completed in nineteen ninety-two, this glass-vaulted atrium acts as an indoor street between the complex's two main office towers. Eight freestanding supports on each side branch out into parabolic shapes, a design often likened to a forest canopy or a tree-lined avenue.
