The Fashion Building sits at the northwest corner of Spadina Avenue and Camden Street, defined by its eight-storey yellow-brick facade and distinct Neo-Gothic details. Completed in nineteen twenty-six, this warehouse-style structure was built to serve the textile industry during Toronto's garment district boom. Its design, characterized by geometric patterns and stone detailing, provided large windows to allow ample light for garment workers cutting and sewing clothing inside.
