Place Sun-Yat-Sen is a small public square located in the heart of Montreal’s Chinatown, defined by a distinct mural of gray slate on its north and east walls. Opened in nineteen eighty-eight, the park serves as a community space dedicated to Sun Yat-sen, the revolutionary leader who became the first president of the Chinese Republic following the nineteen eleven revolution.
