Tower 13

Tower thirteen was once a ten-story brick and cement housing block at five Rue Fulton. Built in the nineteen fifties, the structure was destined for demolition as part of an urban renewal project. Before the wrecking ball arrived, the building became the site of what was described as the largest collective street art exhibition ever conceived.
