Tour Cristal / The Circle

The Circle, formerly known as the Tour Cristal, stands as a prominent office tower reaching one hundred meters into the sky along the Quai André Citroën. Completed in nineteen ninety, it was the final high-rise building constructed within the Front de Seine development, a neighborhood in the fifteenth arrondissement known for its dense collection of towers built during the nineteen seventies. Its exterior is defined by faceted glass panels designed to catch and reflect light, creating distinct visual effects that shift depending on the viewing angle and the time of day.
