The Place Intérieure Saint-Cyprien is defined by two monumental stone pillars standing at its entrance, each topped by a white limestone statue. Designed by engineer Joseph-Marie de Saget in the late eighteenth century, this rectangular square was created to serve as a grand western gateway to Toulouse, aligned with the Pont-Neuf.
