The Club Nautique de Nice is a stone structure with rugged, irregularly cut walls that resemble a seaside fortress guarding the entrance to Port Lympia. The building standing today was raised in nineteen forty-nine by architects Marcel and Georges Dalmas on the site of an earlier powder magazine.
