APHENOAH MURAL

The Aphenoah mural in Cologne is a large-scale wall painting created by the artist duo Oliver Hollatz and Noah Kauertz. Since forming their partnership in twenty nineteen, the two have focused on murals that respond directly to their immediate urban environment, often interpreting the local people and living spaces through their unique aesthetic. Their work is characterized by a fluid, dialogic style that bridges the gap between representational imagery and abstraction, utilizing an atmospheric color palette to engage with the surrounding architecture.
