Great St. Martin Church

Great St. Martin Church is distinguished by its central crossing tower flanked by four smaller corner turrets, creating a five-tower silhouette that rises above the surrounding buildings. This Romanesque structure, with its massive walls and round arches, occupies a site that dates back to the first century, when it served as a Roman storage facility on what was then an island in the Rhine.
