Britannia & Company

Britannia and Company is defined by its high ceilings, vintage ceiling fans, and Polish Bentwood furniture, all tucked into the historic architecture of Ballard Estate. Founded in nineteen twenty-three by Rashid Kohinoor, an Iranian immigrant, the restaurant originally catered to the British officers and traders of the colonial era. While the menu once focused on continental fare to suit those early patrons, it eventually shifted to the Parsi and Iranian dishes that now draw crowds.
