Pasticceria Pansa sits at the foot of the Cathedral of Saint Andrew in the center of Amalfi. Founded by Andrea Pansa in eighteen thirty, this establishment remains one of the oldest pastry shops in the region, recognized by the Associazione Locali Storici d'Italia for preserving the atmosphere and traditional confectionery secrets of the nineteenth century.
