The Ichiran headquarters in the Nakasu district of Fukuoka is marked by its grand, twelve-story structure and a facade reminiscent of a glowing red lantern. This building serves as the central hub for the ramen chain that began as a small stall called Futaba Ramen in nineteen sixty.
