You can identify this building by its rippling, seven-story façade, which uses two layers of curved glass treated with a special dichroic film. This coating causes the exterior to shift in color as you move past, creating the visual effect of a shimmering pillar of water. Architect Jun Aoki designed this structure, which replaced a previous store that had occupied this same corner since nineteen eighty-one.
