Place Faro, known locally as La Terrasse des Paresseux, or the Terrace of the Lazy, is a wide, elevated walkway bordering Boulevard Pasteur. You will recognize it by the row of antique cannons, originally of Portuguese manufacture, that line its stone perimeter and face out toward the water.
