Hoogstraat seven is a narrow, brick-fronted building positioned along one of the oldest and most active shopping corridors in The Hague. The street itself follows the winding path of a former medieval dune trail, a vestige of the landscape that existed long before the city became the official seat of government and the Dutch royal residence.
