In the Alameda Park of Santiago de Compostela stands a life-size, polychrome bronze sculpture of two women caught in a perpetual stroll. Created by artist César Lombera in nineteen ninety-four, the figures depict Maruxa and Coralia Fandiño Ricart, affectionately known as As Dúas Marías, with Maruxa winking and Coralia clutching an umbrella.
