The Mission Science Workshop is a community space built on the premise that science is something you do, not just something you read about. It began in nineteen ninety-one in the garage of founder Dan Sudran, a former electrical technician who started by opening his doors to neighborhood children curious about his collections of fossils, animal bones, and machinery.
