Golden Gate Viewpoint

The Golden Gate Overlook is a curved concrete plaza that hugs the edge of the coastal bluffs in the Presidio. You can identify it by the way it mimics the design of the military fortifications and artillery batteries that once defended this coastline. It was built in twenty-twelve to mark the seventy-fifth anniversary of the Golden Gate Bridge.
