Grace Episcopal Church

Grace Episcopal Church sits at one thousand forty-one Wisconsin Avenue, its Gothic Revival stone walls and pointed arches standing as the only church remaining in the historic waterfront district. Established in eighteen fifty-five as a mission, it was built specifically to serve the laborers, canal boatmen, and workers who once crowded the nearby C&O Canal and Georgetown port.
